With a deep commitment to helping individuals achieve emotional well-being, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in emotional freedom techniques (EFT) and animal-assisted psychotherapy. Over the course of my career, I have dedicated myself to guiding clients through transformative healing processes that address anxiety, trauma, stress, and other emotional challenges. The clients I have worked with thus far have come from various backgrounds with different reasons and circumstances that brought them into treatment. Here are some examples: foster care or involvement with the Department of Children and Families, Autism diagnosis, substance use, mental health, grief/ loss, developmental delays or intellectual disabilities, trauma or PTSD, personality disorders, challenges within intra & interpersonal relationships, postpartum depression, and pregnant/ parenting mothers who are struggling with issues including mental illness and substance use. I have provided care in several settings such as in-home, outpatient clinics, schools, partial hospitalization programs, as well as short and long term residentials.

Utilizing the Energy Psychology practice of EFT, a powerful approach that combines elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure, I help clients release emotional blockages, foster self-empowerment, and create lasting change. My practices also integrate animal-assisted psychotherapy, where the unique bond between humans and animals becomes a source of comfort, healing, and insight. I currently partner with equines, canines, rabbits, and guinea pigs during animal assisted interventions. The interactions with clients and these animal partners are highly relational and transactional. These interactions empower clients and provide opportunities for improved emotional regulation and somatic awareness.

I strive to provide a compassionate, safe space where clients can explore their emotional landscape, overcome obstacles, and develop resilience. Whether you're seeking relief from trauma, stress, or simply looking to enhance your emotional health, I am here to support you on your journey toward wholeness and well-being.
