Care With a Clear Purpose

CTACC was developed to offer recovery-oriented services to people regardless of their ability to pay, insurance coverage and ability to travel to the office. That mission guides how we think about care, access and each person who reaches out.

Connecticut Addiction Counseling & Coaching, PLLC is a group therapy and coaching practice. We work with individuals, couples and families experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. Some people contact us after a career change, a divorce or the death of a family member. Others want to understand their relationship with substances or talk about worry that is taking up much of their day.

What Our Mission Includes

Access to Care

Cost, insurance and travel can affect the decision to seek support. CTACC was developed with those concerns in mind. A free 15-minute consultation gives you time to discuss them.

Your Priorities

Your diagnosis does not tell us everything about your life. We ask about goals, strengths and resources. Those details help shape an individualized action plan.

Many Pathways. Shared Hope.

There are many pathways of recovery and all are worthy of celebration. Our vision starts with the belief that recovery is possible and it can happen for you. We respect what recovery means to you.

Regardless of how or why you may have developed problematic substance use, recovery is possible and it can happen for you. We believe that all people are capable of improving and changing their lives. We believe that there are many pathways of recovery and all are worthy of celebration.

A Practice Built Around People

Our group includes counselors, therapists, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and recovery coaches. With offices in Cheshire and West Hartford, plus in-home and telehealth care, we can discuss a setting and provider that fit your needs.

A person, not a label, is the starting point of our work. You can tell us what you want help with before deciding on a service. Our practice includes Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors, clinical social workers, professional counselors and a marriage and family therapist. Recovery and wellness coaches and a psychiatric nurse practitioner offer other kinds of support.
