A Few Things You May Be Wondering

Choosing care can bring practical questions. These answers are a starting point. For questions specific to your circumstances, call or text us for a free consultation.

Start with the question that affects your decision most. Call or text our practice manager. He can discuss a provider choice with you.

How do I get started?

Call or text 860.506.6016 to arrange a free 15-minute consultation. We start with your goals, strengths and resources, then help match you with the right provider.

Do you accept my insurance?

We are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Medicaid, Tricare, Magellan, Carelon (Beacon), Oscar and Humana. We can also provide superbills for out-of-network care. Contact us to discuss your coverage.

Can I meet with someone online?

Yes. We offer telehealth for people located in Connecticut. We also provide in-person and in-home care.

Can my family receive support?

We offer couples, family and group sessions, as well as individual, family and group recovery and wellness coaching. We can talk through what fits your family during a free 15-minute consultation.

Where are your offices?

Our Cheshire office is at 677 South Main Street, Suite 5A, Cheshire, CT 06410. Our West Hartford office is at 998 Farmington Avenue, Suite 210, West Hartford, CT 06107.

How much do sessions cost?

Contact us for current rates. We can discuss insurance coverage and provide superbills for out-of-network services.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide 24 hours written notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

What languages do you offer?

Care is available in English and Spanish. Let us know your language preference when you contact us so we can discuss a provider match.

Do I have to know exactly what kind of help I need?

No. You can tell us what concerns you and what you would like to change. The free 15-minute consultation is a chance to ask questions about counseling, therapy, medication management or coaching.

Do you support different approaches to recovery?

Yes. We believe there are many pathways of recovery and all are worthy of celebration. We begin with your goals, strengths and resources rather than asking you to fit a single approach.

You Do Not Need Every Answer to Begin

You can reach out with a concern, a question or a goal. We will start by listening and talking about the support you are looking for.
