The Office Is Not the Only Option

The ability to travel to an office should not be the only way to access support. CTACC offers in-home and telehealth care alongside appointments in Cheshire and West Hartford.

Travel, daily responsibilities or a preference for meeting outside an office can influence where you seek care. Tell us what makes an appointment workable for you and which service you are looking for. We can discuss available settings without assuming that everyone can come to the same place. In-home care and telehealth are different options, so ask about each rather than treating them as interchangeable.

Who This Is For

When Travel Is Difficult

If getting to Cheshire or West Hartford is a concern, ask about in-home services. Tell us where you are and what kind of care you need. Tell us your location so we can check in-home availability for the service you need.

When Online Care Fits

Telehealth may fit your preference for an online appointment. You must be located in Connecticut for care with CTACC. Ask about the service you need, provider availability and practical requirements for the appointment before deciding that online care is the right setting.

When You Are Comparing Settings

You may not know whether you prefer an office, your home or telehealth. Use the consultation to ask how your service is offered in each setting. Our two offices remain options, and we can discuss format alongside insurance, language and a provider match.

Access Is Part of Our Mission

CTACC was developed to offer recovery-oriented services to people regardless of their ability to pay, insurance coverage and ability to travel to the office. Offering care in different settings is part of that commitment.

The conversation still begins with what brings you to care. You can discuss substance use, mental health or recovery goals with attention to your circumstances and resources. A different setting does not change our commitment to individualized, evidence-based and non-judgmental care. It does raise practical questions about the service, your location and provider availability, which we can talk through before an appointment is arranged.

Talk Through the Right Setting

Telehealth is available for people located in Connecticut. Contact us to discuss in-home options, the service you need and provider availability. We can consider your preferences during the free consultation.

The free 15-minute consultation is a place to explain your location, travel concerns and preferred format. Ask which providers and services are available in that setting and whether your insurance plan covers the service you want. Contact us for current rates. We offer superbills for out-of-network care. Care is available in English and Spanish; mention your language preference when you reach out.
