Anna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Connecticut. She received her Bachelor’s degree in sociology cum laude from Kean University, and went on to obtain her Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University.

 

Anna holds over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals and families. She has worked in various outpatient settings with clients across the lifespan, who struggle with a variety of symptoms including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, personality disorders and substance use. Anna offers a supportive and compassionate approach to delivering individualized therapy to adults and adolescents. She values honesty and transparency in her work with clients. Anna specializes in trauma, attachment, personal growth and self-esteem, women’s mental health and evidence-based modalities tailored to assist her clients in meeting their treatment goals. She integrates a variety of modalities—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—and interventions to maintain a person-centered focus in her work with clients.

 

Anna combines a collaborative, trauma-informed, attachment-based approach in her practice. She will offer you non-judgmental and compassionate support as you guide your path of healing.
