No one ever wished they would grow up to suffer from addiction or a mental health disorder. Suffering and loss from these struggles are preventable. Recovery and relief are attainable. These are my firm

beliefs.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) in Connecticut. For over 30 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping individuals, from adolescents to older adults, affected by addiction and mental health issues. With experience in various settings, inpatient, outpatient, in-home, and private practice, I have been delivering treatment through group and individual therapy. Over my decades in the field, I've witnessed the evolution of addiction and mental health treatment from therapeutic communities/milieu therapy to medically assisted therapy (MAT) to current alternative modalities. I know treatment works. I have seen countless lives transformed through treatment and therapy. This is why I am so passionate about helping others.

I approach clients with deep empathy, offering compassion and a genuine desire to understand their lives. I bring positive energy and hope. My goal is to help each client find a path to a more peaceful, loving, and fulfilling life. Utilizing strategies and therapies such as Mindfulness, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, Client-centered, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-focused, I tailor my approach to your unique needs.
