Charra Moore is a highly skilled Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor dedicated to helping individuals break cycles, reclaim their voice, and rebuild their lives. With years of experience working in both community-based and clinical treatment settings, she has supported hundreds of clients navigating complex substance use disorders, trauma, and co-occurring mental health concerns. 

Charra is known for her ability to create a safe, empowering space where clients feel truly seen and supported. She has extensive experience working with individuals on methadone maintenance, guiding them through every stage of recovery with compassion and evidence-based care. Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed practices to help clients develop emotional regulation skills, process painful experiences, and build resilience. 

 

Passionate about supporting women’s mental health, Charra has walked alongside pregnant and postpartum women, survivors of intimate partner violence, and women navigating identity shifts and self-worth struggles. She weaves spirituality and empowerment into her clinical work, offering a perspective rooted in hope and purpose. While she honors and respects all belief systems, Charra’s own faith informs the warmth, compassion, and unwavering belief in her clients’ capacity to heal and thrive.
