Over the years working in behavioral health, education, and recovery, I’ve learned that real change happens when people feel truly seen and understood. I believe there’s no way to heal; each person’s journey is theirs, and every path deserves respect and celebration.

I’m a 13-year U.S. Navy veteran, Licensed Professional Counselor, and an Internationally Certified Professional Recovery and Wellness Coach. I also run a private counseling practice, lead the undergraduate Psychology program at Post University, and hold Pet Loss Grief Support certification. My work has included supporting people through trauma, substance use challenges, and significant life transitions, always with a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach.

Born and raised in Connecticut, I returned to my home state to raise my family and stay connected to the community that shaped me. Whether I’m in the therapy room, teaching, or coaching, my goal is to help people find their way forward, feel confident in their strengths, and build the kind of life they want to live.
