Hello, welcome! I’m Donna Lentini, LADC, LMSW and I’m  independently licensed in CT.  I  have over a decade of experience as a therapist helping individuals with co-occurring, substance use and mental health challenges.  I  received an Associates Degree in Drug and Alcohol Counseling at Manchester Community College, and Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work at University of Saint Joseph. My experience in this field has been working as a clinician and program manager in both inpatient and outpatient programs in CT.

Taking that first step toward support is a powerful act of courage and I am here to work alongside you.  As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Social Worker, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate the challenges of substance use, recovery, and personal growth.

My style is warm, compassionate, and person-centered, blending evidence-based practices with genuine empathy.  I believe every person has the strength and resilience to create meaningful change, and working together provides a safe space to explore that journey.

I work with:

individuals seeking and working on maintaining recovery

families and loved ones impacted by addiction

individuals managing co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges

anyone seeking to build healthier coping strategies and regain balance in life

In our sessions, we focus on your unique goals, whether that means reducing harmful patterns, finding healthier ways to cope, healing relationships, or building a fulfilling life beyond substance use.

Recovery looks different for everyone.  Together, we will create a path that feels right for you.  I invite you to connect with me, and I look forward for us to start working together.
